Dr. Courtney McGeary, PT, DPT
Dr. Courtney McGeary has been practicing in the community as a physical therapist since 2015, initially in orthopedics and finally pursuing her passion for pelvic health in 2019, becoming a full-time pelvic health physical therapist. Dr. McGeary received her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Utica College and completed her pelvic health training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. With her strong background in orthopedics combined with the pelvic health specialty, she has been able to provide comprehensive care to patients encompassing the body as a whole.
After having her first child in 2021, she gained an even greater understanding and appreciation for all that women endure during and after pregnancy and is now dedicated to improving accessibility to treatment for this population as well as raising awareness of pelvic health to the general public.
In addition to being a full-time physical therapist, she was also a dance teacher in the capital region for many years teaching preschool aged children and children with special needs. While she loves working with people of all ages, her true passion is working with young children.
